    Promoción de restaurantes chipaquenses para impulsar el turismo gastronómico

    This text seeks to establish digital marketing strategies to strengthen and promote family restaurants located in the municipality of Chipaque Cundinamarca taking into account the main profiles of such companies that can provide an overview of the needs of the sector and the opportunities that can be exploited under current trends and the strengths that already have the gastronomic market there located, which will be mentioned throughout the research work. In this way, through the characterization of the gastronomic culture of the municipality obtained from the field work carried out by the author, the analysis of the current opportunities available to the sector of the Government Plan of the Mayor's Office of Chipaque led by Johana Moreno, a segmentation of the current market executed from a purposive sampling carried out to customers and restaurants located in the central park of Chipaque and finally the determination of a digital marketing plan that can be implemented and replicated by other establishments engaged in the production and marketing of processed foods will seek to meet the objective of the research. Based on the above, two content marketing plans focused on social networks (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp) were designed, adapted to the main needs of the sampled gastronomic ventures, such as attracting potential customers and promoting their products and services through digital channels, given that the growth objectives in the market are differentiated by the current conditions of such businesses, such as the lack of digital media that allow them to increase their visibility and interest of potential tourists. In this way, a plan of action is established to be followed by the entrepreneurs and their work team, by means of an editorial calendar, adjusted to the information on the opportunities found. Finally, such a program will not only benefit the gastronomic establishments that wish to apply it, but will also contribute to the economic growth and visibility of the municipality, since responsible activity is encouraged and entrepreneurship is promoted, taking into account that the design of digital marketing plans can be applied to restaurants in similar conditions.

    AI is a technology that has changed the business world, providing new opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency. However, its impact on the daily work of employees has also raised concerns that it could replace them in their jobs. In reality, AI is not a threat to employees, but an opportunity for them to develop new skills and knowledge. By streamlining monotonous and routine tasks, AI provides time for employees to focus on more strategic and creative activities. For example, AI can be applied to automate tasks such as data processing, customer service or inventory management. This allows employees to spend more time on tasks that require their creativity and intelligence, such as problem solving, decision making or innovation. In short, AI can be a powerful tool for improving employee performance. However, its implementation must be careful to ensure that it is used responsibly and that the human factor is not neglected.

    Understanding that the competitive environment of companies changes frequently due to market dynamics and that business durability in Colombia is low, this research carries out a study of the dairy sector in Colombia from the perspective of durability and competitiveness. The component of the first indicator is analyzed from the financial structure of the group of selected companies in the dairy sector and a “Business Durability Indicator - IPE” is constructed (Trujillo et al, 2007), while the second component is addressed from the policy of institutional support, all for the period 2016 to 2019. Now, considering that government policies have a strong impact on business competitive development, the research also contemplates the analysis of this situation and its impact on the dairy sector.

    The study sought to analyze the companies in the tourism sector from the valueinducing forces and their impact on socioeconomic development in certain municipalities of the Quindío department. A mixed approach methodology was utilized for guiding an understanding of the business situation from its tourist activity, socioeconomic development, and the creation of value towards business sustainability in a critical way. Likewise, a bibliographical indagation of the driving forces that generate competitiveness and sustainability strategies in the market was made. Subsequently, a discussion of authors is generated that guides towards reflection, to make a profile of the impact of the variables in the development of tourist activity, describing the particularities of the inducing forces and their nature as a mechanism of socio-economic development, and business growth.
