A partir del desarrollo del cable aéreo se busca revitalizar los espacios residuales bajo las pilonas. Estos espacios sin planificación adecuada afectan la integración de la comunidad y la dinámica social del entorno. Es necesario transformarlos en áreas funcionales y seguras, incorporando la infraestructura del Transmicable al desarrollo urbano respondiendo a las necesidades de los habitantes y fomentando la apropiación del espacio.
