Esta locación, se ha consolidado a lo largo de los años, como un sector de gran importancia para el municipio y para la región, dado que allí se encuentra la estación del tren que es el principal hito destacable del progreso que ha tenido la ciudad históricamente. Del mismo modo, se hará estudio de teorías previas pertenecientes a diferentes autores cuyo objeto de estudio abarca temas similares; tomando estos como apoyo contemplativo para la comprensión y búsqueda de soluciones que beneficien a la población. Por último, el presente documento servirá como base y guía para la ejecución del proyecto que se busca realizar, motivo por el cual, a lo largo de su desarrollo, podrá tener variaciones de menor o mayor grado.This research work seeks to expose the main social and structural problems that arise in the Carrera 20 of Duitama-Boyacá and the way in which these negatively influence the development and use of the area. This location has been consolidated over the years as a sector of great importance for the municipality and for the region, since the train station is located there, which is the main notable milestone of the progress that the city has had historically. In the same way, there will be a study of previous theories belonging to different authors whose object of study covers similar topics; taking this as contemplative support for the understanding and search for solutions that benefit the population.
