Después de haber analizado las dinámicas económicas, sociales y culturales, junto con las necesidades y demandas de sus pobladores, se establece la importancia de la presencia del servicio de educación superior con infraestructura adecuada en el departamento. Habiendo expresado lo anterior, se determina la pertinencia y se realiza el diseño arquitectónico de la Universidad Tecnológica Agroindustrial de Arauca (UTA), que tiene en cuenta las vocaciones propias del territorio y fomenta la actividad productiva del mismo, a través de ambientes de aprendizaje flexibles, vinculados con ambientes complementarios incluyentes; con el fin de contribuir a la disminución del déficit de educación superior en el departamento, buscando incentivar y potencializar la actividad agrícola y económica en este.The ARCHITECTURE FOR EDUCATION project was born in response to the evident territorial imbalance in the distribution of public and private endowment facilities, where there are sectors that lack development, such as higher education in the department of Arauca.
