Roa Castillo, Edgar EduardoBenitez Mera, Hamilton Geronimo2025-10-292025-10-292025https://hdl.handle.net/11396/8924Los procesos de planeación determinan el futuro de los territorios, es importante prestar atención al desarrollo de la metodología que se implementa para elaborar, actualizar o reformular algunos de estos instrumentos de planificación, pues en estos se deben ver reflejados los verdaderos intereses de las comunidades, ya que esta planificación no solo tiene en cuenta la organización del espacio físico territorial haciendo referencia al suelo y su uso, sino a otras dimensiones que dan forma y estructuran las dinámicas propias de cada territorio, los procesos de planificación deben garantizar el desarrollo económico pero también el bienestar de la sociedad bajo la protección de sus derechos, a través de políticas públicas integrales. Es importante y necesario el análisis previo de los territoritos y sus dinámicas, que, para este trabajo en particular, se enfocó en la sostenibilidad de la dimensión ambiental y sociocultural de la Subregión Alto Putumayo, que son pilares fundamentales que constituyen las características propias del lugar, para abordarlas desde el concepto del Enfoque Territorial y haciendo un énfasis específico sobre el enfoque étnico de la región, como en su potencial ambiental que va ligado a su vez con grandes oportunidades de desarrollo a través del turismo, para así poder construir un diagnóstico participativo y vinculante entre lo que plantea la teoría y las sugerencias de la comunidad que habitan y perciben su territorio desde adentro. Finalmente se consolidad un trabajo riguroso y muy gratificante realizado durante los últimos 5 meses del año 2024 donde se hace una transición entre el trabajo netamente académico con un trabajo formal con la comunidad del municipio de Colón, en un acompañamiento muy responsable frente a la formulación de su nuevo plan de desarrollo, trabajo que arroja como resultado después de una serie de conversatorios, diálogos y espacios sociopolíticos, con todos los sectores sociales, poblacionales de la zona urbana y rural de nuestro municipio un documento amplio de diagnóstico y metas a realizar en este nuevo periodo de gobierno. En ese orden de ideas se recorre a través de un planteamiento teórico que aborda diferentes subtemas y que dan carácter al documento de diagnóstico, abordando conceptos a partir de las dimensiones territoriales analizadas, la ambiental y la sociocultural, que, a su vez, se articula con el concepto principal de Enfoque Territorial que representa el eje central del proyecto de investigación.The planning processes determine the future of the territories, it is important to pay attention to the development of the methodology that is implemented to prepare, update or reformulate some of these planning instruments, since the true interests of the communities must be reflected in them. That is why the prior analysis of the territories and their dynamics is important and necessary, which, for this particular work, focused on the sustainability of the environmental and sociocultural dimension of the Alto Putumayo Subregion, which are fundamental pillars that constitute the characteristics of the place, to address them from the concept of the Territorial Approach and making a specific emphasis on the ethnic approach of the region, as well as its environmental potential, which is in turn linked to great development opportunities through tourism, in order to be able build a participatory and binding diagnosis between what the theory proposes and the suggestions of the community that inhabits and perceives its territory from within.
