Este proyecto está enfocado en buscar la resocialización de los jóvenes a la comunidad proponiendo un modelo arquitectónico que incluye espacios donde se desarrollen actividades que puedan fortalecer sus habilidades y aptitudes, ayudándolos así, a su reinserción ante la sociedad además de evitar las reincidencias. Esto sustentado de acuerdo con el documento del Consejo Nacional de Política Económica y Social - Departamento Nacional de Planeación (CONPES 3629 – 2009), el cual expone la necesidad de fortalecer la infraestructura nacional para el Sistema de Responsabilidad Penal Adolescente (SRPA) y la adecuada atención a los jóvenes. Dicho lo anterior se busca exponer mediante la hipótesis que al desarrollar espacios que alimenten al ser particular que se encuentra recluido en estos centros, generando espacios donde puedan realizar actividades que enriquezcan sus habilidades sociales y en comunidad, y así desde la arquitectura se pueda fortalecer el objetivo inicial de estos centros de reclusión, que es, el de la reinserción y rehabilitación.This document is the result of an investigation with the objective of generating an architectural proposal of a Specialized Attention Center (CAE) for young people in conflict with the law.
