Se propone un diseño de renovación urbano del área circundante de la parroquia articulando el inmueble con el parque central, el cual se complementa con la propuesta técnica de iluminación, dado que es un medio que fortalece los aspectos funcionales y estéticos sin intervenir físicamente el objeto patrimonial. Se realizó una simulación en un software especializado que desarrolla cálculos fotométricos para la verificación del cumplimiento de los estándares reglamentarios que exige el Ministerio de Minas y Energía. A través de esta implementación tecnológica, el diseño busca determinar nuevos eventos de uso y dinamismo urbano nocturno para el sector. La finalidad de las propuestas no radica en la intervención urbana y tecnológica, adicionalmente se plantean una variedad de actividades y dinámicas urbanas y culturales, dado que el inmueble hace parte al centro histórico de la ciudad y pretenden fortalecer la apropiación de la comunidad y la ciudadanía.On the Nuestra Señora del Carmen Parish, an análisis of problems was developed that show a state of deterioration in terms of itsinternal infrastructure and the immediate environment, whose diagnosis presents a risk in the los of this heritage value at a social and cultural level, including variety of uses and urban dymanics that contribute to the cultural development of the community. An urban renewal desing of the surrounding área of the Parish is proposed, articulating the building with the central park, which is complemented by the technical lighting proposal, since it is a means that strengthens the functional and aesthetic aspects without physically intervening the heritage object. A simulation was carried out in a specialized software that develops photometric calculations to verify compliance with the regulatory standards required by the Ministry of Mines and Energy. Through this technological implementation, the desing seeks to determine new use events and nocturnal urban dynamism for the sector.
