Las alteraciones visuales del Centro Tradicional por los recientes proyectos inmobiliarios en altura que desvirtúan su esencia, obligan a evaluar las acciones de los que usufructan del Paisaje urbano Histórico de Bogotá, siendo a su vez vinculante dilucidar que no nos referimos a una simple imagen, pues como se ha discutido previamente, el paisaje no es tan sólo un objeto de contemplación, sino un sujeto de interacción que cambia, y por lo tanto, las alteraciones en éste, también desencadenan alteraciones del tejido social que vive e interactúa con él.The image of the eastern hills of the Traditional Center of Bogota is superlative to the preconceived idea we have of landscape and the words or terms derived from it.
