NQS con calle 70 hasta la Av. Boyacá, puesto que en el área se percibe una falta de interacción entre lo urbano y el río. La investigación realiza un estudio que visualiza sus oportunidades y desventajas en el área del río, viendo las oportunidades como áreas que tienen una actividad benéfica para con la ciudad y así establecer unidades de paisaje que nos permitan delimitar el área y trabajar con los lugares que pueden desvincular la urbanización que no ha podido acoplarse a la existencia del río para así terminar caracterizando el lugar por los atributos que existen, de esta forma poder culminar la investigación con las propuestas de unas acciones que fortalecerán el río dejando el borde del canal como un espacio que permite la relación entre los barrios de la zona y a la ciudad misma.This work presents a landscape study of the Salitre River from Av. 30 with Calle 70 to Av. Boyacá, as there is a perceived lack of interaction between the urban environment and the river in the area. The research conducts a study that visualizes the opportunities and disadvantages in the river area, considering opportunities as areas with beneficial activities for the city. The goal is to establish landscape units that allow us to delimit the area and work with places that can disconnect the urbanization that has not been able to integrate with the existence of the river. This aims to characterize the location based on its existing attributes, ultimately concluding the research with proposals for actions that will strengthen the river.
