Caicedo Fraide, Eder MaylorMuñoz Roberto, Ángela María2024-04-102024-04-102024http://hdl.handle.net/11396/8110El reclutamiento forzado de menores de edad ha sido una práctica recurrente realizada por grupos armados en el marco del conflicto armado colombiano, afectando los derechos fundamentales de los jóvenes colombianos y sus familias, creando fracturas en la esfera social del país por las implicaciones que tiene en el desarrollo social, psicológico, afectivo-sexual y educativo de los niños, niñas y adolescentes Por lo anterior, es importante identificar sus modalidades, estructuras, los factores sociales, geográficos, económicos, de género y raciales como aspectos principales en el marco de la violación de los derechos fundamentales del menor a la familia, la educación y la sexualidad, a su vez reconociendo los avances y las acciones que ha tomado el Estado Colombiano para la reparación de los menores víctimas, buscando a la vez ser una forma de reparación y una contribución a la construcción de la memoria histórica y la investigación del rol del menor soldado en la guerra colombiana. Se usa un enfoque investigativo cualitativo, en el cual se analiza el fenómeno y la evolución del reclutamiento de menores en Colombia por medio del análisis documental de la teoría del círculo de la violencia y el enfoque diferencial como bases para la identificación de la vulneración de los derechos del menor y de estadísticas registradas por entidades oficiales respecto al número y la caracterización de las víctimas.The forced recruitment of minors has been a recurrent practice carried out by armed groups in the framework of the Colombian armed conflict, affecting the fundamental rights of young Colombians and their families, creating fractures in the social sphere of the country due to the implications it has on the social, psychological, affective, sexual and educational development of children and adolescents. Therefore, it is important to identify its modalities, structures, social, geographical, economic, gender and racial factors as the main aspects in the framework of the violation of the fundamental rights of minors to family, education and sexuality, while recognising the advances and actions taken by the Colombian State for the reparation of minor victims, seeking at the same time to be a form of reparation and a contribution to the construction of the historical memory and the investigation of the role of the minor soldier in the Colombian war.
