Para abordar esta situación, se estructuran diversos marcos normativo, teórico y conceptual que fundamentan la investigación y destacan la necesidad de desarrollar un proyecto de VIS en el lote ubicado entre las carreras 4 y 5 y las calles 9 y 10 del barrio Lelio Olarte. Donde el objetivo general del documento es proponer una solución arquitectónica para la construcción de una urbanización de VIS, utilizando sistemas constructivos alternativos que mejoren la calidad de las viviendas en el municipio. Dentro de los objetivos específicos se incluyen: Analizar las características físico-espaciales del lote para identificar sus debilidades y fortalezas, a fin de determinar la viabilidad de la intervención. Comprender en profundidad el concepto de VIS mediante un análisis detallado de sus componentes claves y criterios cualitativos, lo que permitirá una mejor adaptación de las propuestas al contexto local. Diseñar una propuesta arquitectónica específica para la urbanización de viviendas VIS en Puente Nacional, ajustada a las necesidades del municipio y orientada a solucionar el déficit habitacional. Este proyecto no solo busca abordar la necesidad urgente de vivienda, sino también ofrecer soluciones innovadoras y sostenibles que promuevan una mejor calidad de vida para los residentes del municipio (MPNS).This document addresses the issue of the shortage of Social Interest Housing (SIH) affecting the municipality of Puente Nacional, Santander (MPNS). To address this situation, various normative, theoretical, and conceptual frameworks are structured to support the research and highlight the need to develop an SIH project on the lot located between 4th and 5th Avenues and 9th and 10th Streets in the Lelio Olarte neighborhood.
