Martínez Forero, Manuel FernandoMartínez Martínez, María FernandaMontoya Barahona, Julián Andrés2020-06-242020-06-242020http://hdl.handle.net/11396/5679La floricultura hace parte fundamental de la exportación agropecuaria de Colombia siendo base de la economía del país, por sus características climáticas y de suelos el municipio de Madrid en Cundinamarca es apropiado para el desarrollo de esta actividad y a pesar de que la industria florícola se estableció en el país desde 1968 y de la creación de la Asociación colombiana de Exportadores de flores (ASOCOLFLORES) entidad que se ocupa de vigilar y regir a las empresas que exportan el producto, existen problemas dentro del sector que han significado el decrecimiento económico de empresas, la falta de responsabilidad social con los trabajadores y el abuso de recursos naturales dentro del municipio. Se propone una solución desde la arquitectura por medio de un centro de capacitación y formación empresarial que cuente con espacios de exposición y educación práctica y teórica para el crecimiento y reforzamiento de la competitividad empresarial, capacitaciones para mejorar las técnicas de los trabajadores del sector e implementación de prácticas sostenibles que mitiguen el daño ambiental actual, con el fin de generar desarrollo para la industria y el municipio de MadridFloriculture is a fundamental part of Colombia's agricultural exports, being the basis of the country's economy, due to its climatic and soil characteristics, the municipality of Madrid in Cundinamarca is appropriate for the development of this activity and despite the fact that the floriculture industry was established in the country since 1968 and the creation of ASOCOLFLORES (Colombian Association of Flower Exporters) entity that is in charge of monitoring and governing the companies that export the product, there are problems within the sector that have meant the economic decrease of companies, the lack of social responsibility with workers and the abuse of natural resources within the municipality.
