Esta tesis busca dar entendimiento a las dinámicas del sector, a partir de análisis morfológicos, usos del suelo y demás necesarios buscando el fortalecimiento de estas dinámicas e intentando la generación de nuevas áreas que fomenten el desarrollo, enfocado principalmente a estudiantes e investigadores de la Universidad de Helsinki, buscando esto a su vez que el diseño espacios públicos permitan la conexión de los volúmenes encontrados dentro del sistema urbano. Cabe destacar que para el desarrollo de la investigación se mantienen los lineamientos dados por la empresa Saint-Gobain, en donde se busca el desarrollo de edificios sostenibles que a su vez sean espacios de calidad para sus habitantes.The present work, it is focused on an architectural design head quaked in Helsinki Finland. Where it is needed to understands the problematics, which could affect the urban space, being the disarticulation the main problematic. This work is trying to give a solution for this problem, based on designing a new residential building whose could help to articulate the nearest spaces. For this thesis, it is needed to keep an acknowledge about how the space work for the city, understanding the morphological structure on the city, the uses for the surrounding building and more analysis needed, tis giving the opportunity to strengthen the urban dynamics and giving the option for generating new dynamics on the urban space. This project it ́s focused in first hand for the Helsinki university students and investigators, with the ending on creating new public spaces that allow a connection between the new bulging to develop and the buildings located in the urban system.
