Es por esto que se desarrolla un equipamiento de uso cultural que busca generar una catalización social impactando positivamente el aspecto sociocultural del municipio, entendiendo catalizador social como objeto arquitectónico que influencia y potencializa la cultura y sociedad, integrando y supliendo esta necesidad por medio de estrategias de diseño, como la integración del contexto cultural existente y el diseño e implementación de espacios polivalentes y multifuncionales tanto arquitectónicos como urbanos al equipamiento propuesto; llegando hacer una fuente de memoria cultural y turística, estableciéndose como un hito histórico y cultural del municipio.This project is proposed from the current state of the equipment network of the Fusagasugá city in Cundinamarca, where there is a deficit of cultural equipment. It is equivalent to 1% of all the equipment of the city. This is why equipment for cultural use is developed that seeks to generate a social catalyst, positively impacting the sociocultural aspect of the city. Understanding, a social catalyst as an architectural object that influences and potentiates culture and society, hence, integrating and supplying this need through strategies of design, such as the integration of the existing cultural context and the design and implementation of polyvalence and multifunctional spaces.
