Más que ocupar los suelos vacantes, se busca darle un sentido, donde se conecten los nuevos horizontes para la comunidad, y se refleje esperanza y armonía entre un espacio donde se encuentra en ausencia las diferentes enfoques como el histórico, social, tecnológico y ambiental. Esta propuesta integra normativa vigente y sobre todo la voz de quienes son los protagonistas, es decir, de quienes habitan este barrio, ya que, a través de encuestas locales y percepciones, se asegura una intervención coherente, sensible y profundamente conectada al contexto. Esto no solo se fundamenta en ser un proyecto urbano, sino también una puesta a revivir el suelo vacante, para así poder reconectar al barrio san Cristóbal con su propia esencia y poder realizar la construcción de un paisaje donde su entorno se vuelva el protagonista de su propia transformación.Where the city seems to pause and the concrete seems to be forgotten, there are vacant soils that seek rebirth, for this we propose to activate that pause and take it to a certain possibility, as it will expand urban reactivation strategies that will lead to the voids to live scenarios, which will give value to the strategic points such as social, cultural and economic activation; we propose a model where there are tools for social transformation, which is put by urban acupuncture, tactical urbanism and agritecture.
