Estos asentamientos abarcan problemáticas puntuales como lo son la marginalidad, la habitabilidad, la accesibilidad, la contaminación ambiental, el espacio público, y que se encuentran situados en zonas de alto riesgo; Razones suficientes por la cual se precisa que el objetivo principal de este trabajo es realizar una revitalización barrial por medio del concepto de Eco barrio, dándole una posible solución a cada una de las problemáticas identificadas en los análisis realizados del barrio y manteniendo métodos de investigación ligados al trabajo comunal y a la caracterización del usuario para lograr resultados que nos lleven a concluir cuales serían los lineamientos y estrategias adecuadas para la etapa de planificación y de proyectual de diseño de la propuesta.From the natural event as it was the earthquake of the year 1999 in the department of Quindío that divided the history of the eje cafetero, the Gonzalez in Calarcá suffers a social problem in its urban structure as are the informal settlements, settlements, which are illegal and extensively in the periphery of the municipalities of the department.
