Comprendiendo esto, se diagnostican las problemáticas que influyen en el sector, determinando que es necesaria una intervención para recuperar esta espacio mediante el diseño de la infraestructura del equipamiento, esto para asegurar la interacción entre la población y el espacio que es representante tradicional, cultural y económico en el municipio, tomando una relevancia a nivel urbano y de desarrollo necesario de custodiar para el continuo desarrollo de Facatativá, puesto que dicho espacio, representa un impacto en las relaciones de la población local y el crecimiento de la misma, además de presentar la oportunidad de adecuarse a las necesidades contemporáneas que el equipamiento requiere al ser el único en la categoría de distribución y almacenamiento de alimentos. Finalmente, repercute en formular estrategias de diseño que permitan solventar los problemas mencionados, que mediante un elemento arquitectónico de equipamiento comercial, se solucionen dichos factores negativos que afectan al municipio, logrando así una recuperación del sentido de pertenencia, la integración urbana, y que congregue a las personas bajo las dinámicas que este lugar ha tenido pero por su estado actual no está en las posibilidades de seguir brindando estas características a la población local.The market place of Facatativá presents a downward trend in the use of the place, which translates into a problem of transition by the population that makes use of this space to informality in their work, taking into account this, the patrimonial and historical dynamics of the municipality are studied to take advantage of the solutions under these characteristics. Understanding this, the problems that influence the sector are diagnosed, determining that an intervention is necessary to recover this space through the design of the infrastructure of the equipment, this to ensure the interaction between the population and the space that is traditional, cultural and economic representative in the municipality, taking a relevance at the urban and development level necessary to guard for the continued development of Facatativá, since this space represents an impact on the relations of the local population and its growth, in addition to presenting the opportunity to adapt to the contemporary needs that the equipment requires to be the only one in the category of distribution and storage of food.
