Del contexto antes descrito surge la necesidad de la búsqueda de soluciones para la obtención de recursos por ello, la motocicleta de gama baja, se convirtió en una herramienta de trabajo. Sin embargo, en Colombia, este tipo de actividad no está regulada, a pesar que existe legislación que respalda la necesidad de cubrir este vacío legal, desde la igualdad y desarrollo sostenible, ya que, no existe una herramienta jurídica que ampare a los propietarios de estos vehículos. Por ello, en esta investigación se propuso como objetivo general, analizar la necesidad de que el Estado colombiano regule el derecho de movilidad y reposición económica de los vehículos motos de gama baja en el territorio nacional, para ello, se hizo uso de una metodología documental, a través de la cual se recolecto información de tipo jurisprudencial y legal, así como también hallazgos de otras investigaciones sobre la problemática y el contexto real del uso de motocicletas de gama baja en Colombia. La investigación permitió conocer que es necesario que el Estado colombiano regule el derecho de movilidad y reposición económica de este tipo de vehículos, como garantía de la igualdad, los derechos humanos, el desarrollo sostenible; que sin duda alguna favorece a la obtención de mejoras para la nación, por ello, se presenta una propuesta de proyecto Ley que busca dar solución a la problemática descrita.During its existence, the human being has had to adapt alternatives that allow it to guarantee its sustainability, the COVID-19 pandemic increased the need for resilience. For this reason, in this investigation it was proposed as a general objective, to analyze the need for the Colombian State to regulate the right of mobility and economic replacement of low-end motorcycle vehicles in the national territory, for this, a documentary methodology was used. , through which jurisprudential and legal information was collected, as well as findings from other investigations on the problem and the real context of the use of low-end motorcycles in Colombia.
