Toda esta investigación surge luego de un estudio donde se muestran las problemáticas actuales de habitabilidad que tienen los docentes en el territorio, relacionadas con el déficit de confort térmico, humedad, hacinamiento, falta de privacidad y baja adaptación al entorno, estos factores afectan su bienestar y permanencia en el mismo. La propuesta tiene un enfoque cualitativo y se realiza un análisis territorial, tanto climático y arquitectónico que permite incorporar estrategias bioclimáticas y lograr una construcción modular liviana. Se plantea una vivienda compacta y eficiente, elevada sobre dados de concreto para minimizar el impacto ambiental por el territorio en el que se está trabajando, pero adicionalmente poder adaptarse más fácilmente a la topografía. Se integran materiales de bajo impacto, una fachada ventilada, aislamiento térmico, cubierta termoacústica y ventilación cruzada para mejorar el confort interno, frente a las condiciones extremas de páramo. El proyecto busca fortalecer la calidad de vida de los docentes, aportar soluciones arquitectónicas replicables en contextos rurales.The project “Spaces that unlock knowledge: teacher housing in a páramo context” proposes a modular rural housing model for teachers in the Sumapaz district of Bogotá, designed to respond to the bioclimatic, environmental, and territorial conditions of the páramo. This research stems from a study revealing the current housing problems faced by teachers in the area, related to thermal comfort deficits, humidity, overcrowding, lack of privacy, and poor adaptation to the environment. These factors affect their well-being and retention in the area. The proposal takes a qualitative approach and includes a territorial, climatic, and architectural analysis that allows for the incorporation of bioclimatic strategies and the creation of a lightweight modular construction. The design proposes a compact and efficient house, elevated on concrete foundations to minimize the environmental impact on the site and to better adapt to the topography. Low-impact materials, a ventilated facade, thermal insulation, a thermoacoustic roof, and cross ventilation are integrated to improve internal comfort in the face of the extreme páramo conditions.
