Esta proyecto esta orientado a desarrollar un ejercicio de apropiación social en el territorio en el barrio el Mirador del Paraíso , por medio de un diseño arquitectónico y urbano entendiendo como conceptos principales , la arquitectura biofilica , el borde perirural y un elemento paisajístico importante que es el vacío periurbano ; a partir de estos conceptos se buscara la articulación de toda la pieza urbana y es así como fomentamos una herramienta que la denominamos “ Triada de Acción” , con los siguientes componentes: Físico , Social y Económico de esa manera se fundamenta el proyecto estableciendo como objetivo principal, el diseño de elementos arquitectónicos y urbanos que generen apropiación paisajística del territorio y fortalecimiento social denominado “CunTree, Eje Articulador de Reconocimiento Social.The town of Ciudad Bolivar is one of those urban pieces full of multiplicity of Bogota , due to its different forms of appropriation of the territory .
