De allí que la noción metódica se fundamente en permitir la comprensión sistemática de las experiencias de la Justicia Transicional y los Acuerdos de Paz, con el objeto de identificar la aplicación de la Justicia en tiempo de transición y de paz. En ese sentido, conseguimos entender cómo dicho modelo es la expresión de un sistema asociado al desarrollo de procesos de transformación social y política, el cual constituye una diversidad de mecanismos los cuales logran la paz y la reconciliación. En definitiva, se logró evidenciar como la JEP se viene convirtiendo en un modelo práctico en la construcción de la “paz estable y duradera”, dado que ha logrado estipular de manera efectiva “los fundamentos y dispositivos” que sustentan “la Justicia Transicional”.The main origin of this project is constituted by the need to contribute some elements that will strengthen the social vision that is held about whether or not the Special Jurisdiction for Peace is a functional model. Hence, the methodical notion is based on allowing the systematic understanding of the experiences of Transitional Justice and the Peace Agreements, in order to identify the application of Justice in times of transition and peace. In this sense, we managed to understand how said model is the expression of a system associated with the development of processes of social and political transformation, which constitutes a diversity of mechanisms which achieved peace and reconciliation.
