Generando desplazamiento de los habitantes de la región a las principales ciudades en búsqueda de oferta académica. La educación en el municipio de Pacho (Cundinamarca) se limita al nivel superior que es ofertado por el SENA, con programas en ciencias económicas y agropecuarias. Las pocas instituciones de educación superior en el municipio no cuentan con infraestructura para efectuar su labor. Por esto, se propone diseñar un proyecto arquitectónico que cuente con espacios óptimos para desarrollar la capacitación a los estudiantes a un nivel profesional. Este proyecto sería una oportunidad para que las universidades que tienen oferta en la Provincia de Río Negro puedan abordar diferentes áreas del conocimiento que propulsen el desarrollo regional. De igual manera, es posible conseguir apoyo del Ministerio de Educación, porque cuenta con políticas que promueven este tipo de ideas en las regiones, donando recursos para conectividad y dotación de equipos. Por esta razón es necesario que el municipio de Pacho cuente con una Institución de Educación Superior, efectuando un proyecto arquitectónico a partir de la estrategia de la región, brindando espacios óptimos que suplan las necesidades educativas para todos los habitantes de la Provincia, ofreciendo programas de pregrado y educación continua para el desarrollo vocacional y económico tanto del municipio y como de la Provincia.According to the Ceres Program, higher education coverage in the regions is limited, putting Colombia below the figures for Latin America and the world.
