Se propone el diseño de un proyecto de espacio público, como lo es un parque lineal, que se articule con el centro comunitario del barrio El Mortiño, logre la integración entre ellos y a su vez permita la conexión con barrios aledaños; cumpliendo con las necesidades básicas exigidas y con la normativa urbanística existente. Se fundamenta en tres conceptos: el concepto sensible de la integración, el compositivo de la transformación y el concepto problemático del servicio. Los cuales se desarrollan en las tres zonas con las que cuenta el proyecto: una de escenarios multideportes, otra donde se encuentra el centro comunitario y la última de espacios de tranquilidad y recorridos.It is an urban-architectural project located in the UPZ 58 comuneros, in the town of Usme, which consists of a linear park and a community center which seek to be an articulating and integration axis between three neighborhoods: Usminia, El Mortiño and Villa Anita South.
