Conforme a ello propone el desarrollo del diseño paisajístico del tramo comprendido la carrera 1 entre calle 11 y calle 26 que conlleve a su vez al desarrollo urbano del borde oriental, sector centro histórico de la ciudad de Bogotá que renueve, rehabilite, reactive y conecte el actual vacío urbano rural. El reto de integración de los centros orientales con el centro histórico, será lograr la articulación cuidadosa entre la geografía, topografía y la identidad de la ciudad de Bogotá, y a su vez de Colombia, para que residentes y visitantes disfruten y a su vez participen en la conformación un nuevo espacio de transición entre la vida urbana y sus cerros orientales integrando de manera armónica senderos ecológicos, bosque Andino, cuerpos de agua, plazoletas y edificaciones destinadas a fortalecer la vocación ambiental y cultural de los usuarios.
