Sin embargo, en este estudio también se observará la posición de la Rama Judicial, quien colabora para el avance en conceptos legales tales como quienes son consideradas víctimas, y las diferentes rutas que se debe trazar la Rama ejecutiva, para lograr dicho fin. Se puede apreciar además con cifras cómo va el cumplimiento a las personas afectadas. Todo lo anterior a partir del contexto histórico del conflicto armado interno en Colombia.This investigation sought to establish how the Colombian State faces mainly through the Rama legislativa of public power the internal armed conflict which has left a total of eight million six hundred and seventy nine thousand two hundred victims to which no doubt should be restored to them rights product of the damage derived essentially by absence of protection of the protected legal rights of each one of these human beings.
