En el año 1.961 fue cuando llegaron los primeros asentamientos a la zona, y así 4 años después nació el frigorífico, que se creó sin normativas que ayudaran a mitigar el daño que estaba empezando a surgir en el lugar, y que con el pasar de los años, fue causa para el surgimiento de la contaminación atmosférica, que poco a poco empezó a afectar al barrio hasta el día de hoy.The Guadalupe neighborhood is located in the locality of Kennedy, and needs solutions to the problems such as: urban and residential deterioration, insecurity, degradation of public space, for which an urban renewal has been designed, in which the change of the image of the neighborhood is proposed, from the TOD (Transportation Oriented Development), inviting the community to apply these strategies, taking into account the development of an urban revitalization.
