Lo anterior, con el objetivo de –diseñar estrategias arquitectónicas que mitiguen los posibles y más concurrentes problemas urbanos que son producto de la construcción del proyecto mencionado, para de esa forma, garantizar la calidad de vida de los habitantes, y replicar el proyecto de conformidad con las necesidades de la ciudad y de quienes habitan cerca de una construcción de estas dimensiones.This research aims to establish the urban impacts derived from the construction of the first metro line in the city of Bogotá, specifically in the Abraham Lincoln neighborhood of the town of Kennedy, through the identification and analysis of some of the problems that could affect to those who live in the sectors adjacent to the foundation of the aforementioned work, as well as the properties established there; through strategies such as the analysis of statistics, research carried out by professionals on the subject and observation of what happened in other cities in the world where similar civil works were carried out.
