Debido a que este barrio de origen informal, en la actualidad enfrenta diferentes problemáticas de orden ambiental, urbano y social, Se plantea como objetivo del proyecto estrategias y acciones de planificación territorial que permitan mitigar las problemáticas caracterizadas desde el modelo de planificación urbana de las tres estructuras funcionales y fortalecer dinámicas sociales evidenciadas en las practicas socioculturales que consolidan la apropiación e identidad de estos territorios.Neighborhoods of informal origin are a persistent phenomenon in several cities in the Latin American context, as in the Colombian case, the sectors of informal origin of the main cities have been consolidated by several factors, however, the main one was the migration due to the crisis of the countryside in the 70's.
