Esta iniciativa tiene como objetivo principal dignificar los espacios habitados por adolescentes bajo el SRPA, reconociendo que el entorno construido puede afectar en los procesos de desarrollo, rehabilitación y bienestar emocional. A través de una propuesta basada en fundamentos de neuroarquitectura, diseño biofílico, teoría del color y psicología del espacio, se busca transformar un lugar tradicionalmente asociado para corregir las malas conductas en un espacio inclusivo, restaurativo y adaptado a las necesidades de los adolescentes. El diseño se enfoca en promover la tranquilidad, la seguridad, la identidad y la conexión emocional con el entorno, mediante estrategias que estimulen positivamente los sentidos y la percepción espacial. Adicionalmente, el proyecto incorpora la metodología BIM como recurso esencial para gestionar el diseño con precisión, optimizar recursos, facilitar la colaboración interdisciplinaria y garantizar una ejecución coherente con los objetivos sociales del proyecto. De esta forma, se evidencia una visión integral en la que la arquitectura no solo resuelve necesidades funcionales, sino que también se convierte en un medio activo de transformación social y humana, orientada a la resignificación del castigo como oportunidad de crecimiento personal y colectivo.The project “Neuro-Inclusive Spaces” is conceived as an architectural intervention with a restorative and therapeutic approach, aimed at improving the environment of the Luis Amigó Rehabilitation Center, located in Cajicá, Cundinamarca. This initiative's main goal is to dignify the spaces inhabited by adolescents under the Adolescent Criminal Responsibility System (SRPA), recognizing that the built environment can significantly influence processes of development, rehabilitation, and emotional well-being. Through a proposal based on the principles of neuroarchitecture, biophilic design, color theory, and spatial psychology, the project seeks to transform a place traditionally associated with correction into an inclusive, restorative space adapted to the needs of adolescents. The design focuses on promoting calmness, safety, identity, and emotional connection with the environment through strategies that positively stimulate the senses and spatial perception. Additionally, the project incorporates Building Information Modeling (BIM) as a fundamental tool to manage the design with precision, optimize resources, facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensure implementation aligned with the project's social objectives.
