Because of this, the world is facing different challenges, in this research those challenges are for educational context. The popularity of AI (artificial intelligence) has made it become famous in any field, in education it became a useful tool for both students and teachers. This study focuses on the pre-service teachers in the Modern Languages Degree of the Universidad La Gran Colombia and the incidences that are generated when they use artificial intelligences in their second language classes or in other classes in general in the degree. The following is an exploratory study with a qualitative approach., which, likewise, it is expected that the results are clear and have the necessary information to demonstrate whether these incidences are positive or negative and how they may be affecting pre-service teachers, probably offering some conclusions and recommendations promoting a better use of artificial intelligences in pre-service teacher in educational fields and university education.En la era moderna, los avances tecnológicos se convierten cada vez más en algo innovador e importante para la humanidad. Dado a esto, el mundo enfrenta diferentes retos, en esta investigación esos retos son para el contexto educativo. La popularidad de la IA (inteligencia artificial) ha hecho que esta se vuelva famosa en cualquier ámbito, en la educación se convirtió en una herramienta útil tanto para los estudiantes como los profesores. Este estudio se enfoca en los docentes en formación en la facultad de Lenguas Modernas de la Universidad La Gran Colombia y en las incidencias que se generan al ellos usar las inteligencias artificiales en sus clases de segunda lengua o en otras clases en general de la facultad.
