Illera Correal, ArianneCruz Zamudio, Lady JohannaGarzón León, Diana Yined2019-06-102019-06-102017http://hdl.handle.net/11396/3821El objetivo del presente proyecto es evidenciar la viabilidad para el montaje de una lavandería Industrial en el Barrio Pensilvania de la localidad de Puente Aranda en Bogotá buscando satisfacer las necesidades de los residentes del sector, vecinos y público en general fortaleciendo el servicio de lavado de todo tipo de prendas y lencería con calidad y cumpliendo con las normas medio ambientales de acuerdo a la resolución 3957 de 2009 “Por lo cual se establece la norma técnica, para el control y manejo de los vertimientos realizados a la red de alcantarillado público en el Distrito Capital” (Ambiente, 2009), debido a que con la edificación de la estructura de la planta se reducen factores de contaminación y la canalización adecuada de vertimientos, residuos sólidos, trampas de grasa, plantas procesadoras de aguas residuales. Para realizar este estudio de viabilidad se utilizará como herramienta los métodos cualitativos y cuantitativos teniendo como base la encuesta y su respectiva tabulación; el cual nos arrojará la información necesaria para determinar la posible creación de la lavandería industrial. Se identificarán las alianzas estratégicas con proveedores que apoyen la iniciativa para generar utilidad a mediano plazo para los socios capitalistas; los productos químicos deberán cumplir con los estándares mínimos de inocuidad, suavidad, biodegradabilidad, toxicidad que protejan el medio ambiente y la salud del personal.The objective of the present project is to demonstrate the viability for the assembly of an Industrial laundry in the Neighborhood of the city of Puente Aranda in Bogotá, seeking to satisfy the needs of the residents of the sector, neighbors and general public strengthening the washing service of everything Type of garments and lingerie with quality and complying with environmental standards in accordance with resolution 3957 of 2009 "Accordingly, the technical standard for the control and management of the discharges made to the public sewerage network in the District Capital "(Environment, 2009), due to the fact that with the construction of the structure of the plant, pollution factors are reduced and the proper pipeline of landfills, solid wastes, grease traps, wastewater treatment plants.
