A pesar de que estaba en la escuela, no había una respuesta correcta desde el punto de vista legal. El propósito de este estudio es desarrollar un enfoque conceptual y empírico del problema de tal manera que cree una base para clasificar el acoso como un fenómeno y comportamiento importante que afecta el bienestar de los menores. En la investigación se utilizó el método de investigación cualitativa, la cual se completó con un tipo de investigación propositiva. Cabe señalar que en nuestro país no existen estudios sobre este fenómeno, indicadores generales o totales que permitan diagnosticar adecuadamente la presencia y dimensiones del bullying. Los indicadores actuales son resultado de estudios académicos realizados por grupos científicos. Por lo tanto, concluimos que se debe iniciar el proceso de visibilización social y legal del problema, porque la concientización de la sociedad y de la justicia sobre el mismo es fundamental, además es conveniente que Colombia adopte una legislación sobre este tema que no cree sólo mecanismos represivos como alternativa o solución , sino más bien desarrollar mayores medidas para detectar y tratar tanto a víctimas como a perpetradores, y así conformar una política pública que enfrente este flagelo.Bullying has been characterized as a little-known phenomenon. Even though I was in school, there was no legally correct answer. The purpose of this study is to develop a conceptual and empirical approach to the problem in such a way as to create a basis for classifying bullying as an important phenomenon and behavior that affects the well-being of children. The qualitative research method was used in the research, which was completed with a type of purposeful research. It should be noted that in our country there are no studies on this phenomenon, general or total indicators that allow adequately diagnosing the presence and dimensions of bullying. The current indicators are the result of academic studies carried out by scientific groups.
