El objetivo principal es ofrecer a sus habitantes un mejoramiento del sector, lograr atraer a más estudiantes de todas partes del mundo, mediante una combinación de actividades sociales, funciones residenciales. Involucrando un edificio patrimonial que fue construido hacia 1904, en principio albergando la fábrica de Josef Rosenthal, sobrevivió a la segunda guerra mundial, y finalmente, 1947 se convirtió en un taller de automóviles. El edificio patrimonial, se transformará en una especie de casa comunitaria para beneficio de sus habitantes. Se incluye Objetivos del Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS, 2015), Energía asequible y no contaminante, Ciudades y comunidades sostenibles, y acción por el clima. Así como los objetivos climáticos (OC) para al año 2050, suscritos al País de Polonia. Urban Core, contempla amplias zonas verdes externas e internas, y cubiertas verdes, y espacios vitales al aire libre en cada una de las edificaciones. También, se contará con diversificación en el sector comercial, varias tipologías de vivienda, que brinden comodidad a sus usuarios. Finalmente, Urban Core ofrece a sus residentes y visitantes una propuesta urbana y arquitectónica, que permita satisfacer las principales necesidades de sus habitantes dentro de un solo lugar. Revitalización, patrimonio, ocio, activación y funciones.The present work is developed under the guidelines of the XVII Saint-Gobain International Student Competition (CIESG, 2022), proposing a design of urban revitalization, next to the bus station Dworzec Wschodni and the train station Warszawa, Wschodnia, as the main means of transportation in the area, involving the daily activities of the residents. The main objective is to offer its inhabitants an improvement of the area, to attract more students from all over the world, through a combination of social activities, residential functions. Involving a heritage building that was built around 1904, initially housing the Josef Rosenthal factory, survived the Second World War, and finally in 1947 became an automobile workshop. The heritage building will be transformed into a kind of community house for the benefit of its inhabitants. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs, 2015), Affordable and Clean Energy, Sustainable Cities and Communities, and Climate Action are included. As well as the climate goals (OC) for the year 2050, subscribed to the Country of Poland. Urban Core includes extensive external and internal green areas, green roofs, and outdoor living spaces in each of the buildings. Also, there will be diversification in the commercial sector, several housing typologies, which will provide comfort to its users. Finally, Urban Core offers its residents and visitors an urban and architectural proposal that will satisfy the main needs of its inhabitants in a single place. Key words.
