2026-08-052026-08-05https://hdl.handle.net/11396/9169This paper develops a characterization of the intangible assets of intellectual property of the of the Technological University of Bolívar’s Lab for Creativity and Innovation. In order to achieve this objective, the intellectual property scenario as a legal discipline is first raised. The paper presents the value and strategic importance of IP in the management of products, processes and services developed from the Laboratory. The methodology imports elements of the management model of the SNPI of Cuba to characterize these assets. Finally, some final thoughts are presented as conclusions.El presente artículo lleva a cabo una caracterización de los activos intangibles de propiedad intelectual del Laboratorio de Creatividad e Innovación de la Universidad Tecnológica de Bolívar. Con el fin de lograr este objetivo se plantea en primer lugar el escenario de la propiedad intelectual como disciplina jurídica, además de remarcar su valor e importancia estratégica en la gestión de productos, procesos y servicios desarrollados desde el Laboratorio. La metodología aplicada toma elementos del modelo de gestión del Sistema Nacional de Propiedad Intelectual de Cuba para caracterizar estos activos.
