B: La renovación y la restitución de función de un edificio para estudiantes e investigadores. C: conectar los edificios mediante espacios verdes públicos. Dicho esto, además se debe establecer una relación con el edificio existente que tiene como uso una cervecería artesanal mediante la implantación de comercio ya sea restaurantes, bares etc. El lugar de intervención también cuenta con un edificio de carácter patrimonial dada su materialidad en piedra el cual se debe considerar para su conservación.
