Se hizo una propuesta urbano - arquitectónica donde se articuló y se renovó el acceso principal del municipio, el malecón del río Cáqueza y el complejo turístico. Se hizo un reconocimiento y análisis de la normativa actual vigente, varios talleres participativos con la comunidad, se realizaron análisis exhaustivos para conocer las características predominantes del municipio y también de su comunidad.
