Esta propuesta busca dar solución a la carencia de espacios destinados a la conservación, investigación y exposición de las diversas coberturas vegetales que se encuentran en el sector. Se trata de un espacio integral que corresponda con las necesidades específicas del lugar, es por ello que se realizó un análisis de localización, estructura climática, urbana, normativa y ambiental para reconocer a profundidad las determinantes prexistentes en la zona. De igual manera se analizaron referentes de varios jardines botánicos, para tener en cuenta las diferentes funciones que estos desempeñan y los lugares necesarios para desarrollar estas actividades. Es así que en el diagnóstico y conclusiones de la investigación se plantea una intervención urbana correspondiente a las tensiones del contexto inmediato; de manera que se integre el jardín botánico con la ciudad, mediante espacios de interacción que brinden una trama urbana clara, permeable y fluida, con diferentes recorridos que influyen en la funcionalidad del proyecto. Todo esto implementando una arquitectura aislada y espacios al aire libre, en donde se plantea exponer, investigar y proteger las especies vegetales en su habitad natural.This project is focused on the design of a botanical garden that will benefit the entire community of Fusagasugá. This proposal seeks to provide a solution to the lack of spaces for the conservation, research and exhibition of the various plant coverages found in the sector. It is an integral space that corresponds to the specific needs of the place, which is why an analysis of location, climatic, urban, regulatory, and environmental structure was carried out in order to recognize in depth the existing determinants in the area. Likewise, references of several botanical gardens were analyzed to take into account the different functions they perform and the places necessary to develop these activities. Thus, in the diagnosis and conclusions of the research, an urban intervention corresponding to the tensions of the immediate context is proposed; to integrate the botanical garden with the city, through spaces of interaction that provide a clear, permeable, and fluid urban fabric, with different routes that influence the functionality of the project.
