El proyecto plantea el diseño y reubicación del aeropuerto e integración con el terminal terrestre y conexión hacia el puerto fluvial, todo integrado por medio de un eje cultural que integra, música, folclor y cultura, por medio de conexiones tanto aéreas como terrestres, se pretende incentivar el turismo y reactivar la economía. Hay un déficit de conectividad, aéreo, terrestre y fluvial para la diferente demanda de carga comercial, y transporte de pasajeros; además de esto el 60% de pasajeros anualmente a San José son turísticos lo cual no subsana la infraestructura existente. Además que surgir la necesidad de generar un potencial de conexión de transporte, un nuevo diseño de infraestructura, que responda a las necesidades de San José del Guaviare, el departamento y las diversas conexiones interdepartamentales se evidencia un crecimiento demográfico y un planteamiento de reubicación necesaria del aeropuerto. El proyecto plantea el diseño y reubicación del aeropuerto, integración con el terminal terrestre, conexión hacia el puerto fluvial, y el diseño de un pabellón cultural que integra la cultura y el transporte a través de la identificación de los factores sociales, físicos y culturales.The cultural connect s3 project is carried out in order to meet the demand for transportation generated in the region of Guaviare, because its capital San José del Guaviare has 61% of the commercial activity in the department, where the wholesale trade is agricultural. This will allow to have a connectivity from the rural area to the urban area and to solve the different needs of the region in terms of transport and to generate new employment opportunities.
