Para así, determinar sus principales problemáticas generadas por modelos de vivienda dadas por la autoconstrucción, vectores, contaminación del aire e improductividad agrícola que el sector enfrenta por el Relleno Sanitario Doña Juana; a través de la investigación relacionada surge la siguiente pregunta ¿Qué tipo de vivienda sostenible se podría generar en el barrio mochuelo para contrarrestar desde la bioclimática las problemáticas que el sector enfrenta y fortalecer la producción agrícola? mediante la elaboración de un modelo de vivienda que le permita a la población una vida orientada hacia la sostenibilidad. Para poder llegar a la propuesta arquitectónica, se manejaron factores referentes a Sostenibilidad, Bioclimática, Vivienda productiva y Medio Ambiente. Permitiendo así que el producto de este análisis realizado respondiera directamente a la problemática que enfrenta el sector y se orientará directamente a los habitantes que por alguna u otra razón no abandonan el territorio.The following research product consists mainly of an analysis of the population in the Mochuelo neighborhood of Ciudad Bolivar in Bogota, Colombia. In order to determine the main problems generated by housing models given by self-construction, vectors, air pollution and agricultural unproductivity that the sector faces due to the Doña Juana Landfill. Through the related research the following question arises: What type of sustainable housing could be generated in the Mochuelo neighborhood to counteract from the bioclimatic aspect the problems that the sector faces and strengthen agricultural production? Through the development of a housing model that allows the population a life oriented towards sustainability. In order to get to the architectural proposal, factors related to Sustainability, Bioclimatic, Productive Housing and Environment were handled.
