Además, funcionan como cooperativas, asociaciones o grupos de trabajo, y suelen jugar un papel clave en el desarrollo rural al fomentar prácticas agrícolas sostenibles, mejorar la productividad, y facilitar el acceso a mercados para los pequeños y medianos agricultores. El municipio de Tocancipá también conocido como “La Capital Industrial de Colombia” en los últimos años ha tenido un incremento especialmente en ámbitos económicos además del carácter urbano, por ende, el desarrollo en la infraestructura se ajusta a sus necesidades como territorio en pleno auge; no obstante, la región de la Sabana Centro hace parte del crecimiento económico de los departamentos de Cundinamarca, encontrándose en Tocancipá la segunda embotelladora más grande del continente a cargo de Coca Cola. El presente proyecto se basa en solucionar la pérdida del suelo fértil debido a la industrialización, con esto se pretende solventar y devolver el papel protagónico a la agricultura que venía pasando desapercibida su importancia debido al crecimiento poblacional de Tocancipá y municipios cercanos; mediante el análisis territorial que comprende el contexto inmediato del departamento, región y municipio. Además, el trabajo contempla el uso de varios conceptos espaciales y funcionales como la utilización de “Bioboulevard” y el “Bioswale.Agricultural centers aim to support and promote agriculture in their area, providing services such as training, technical advice, access to resources, and even marketing of agricultural products. The municipality of Tocancipá, also known as “The Industrial Capital of Colombia”, has grown in recent years in economic areas in addition to its urban character, therefore, the infrastructure development is adjusted to its needs as a booming territory; nevertheless, the Sabana Centro region is part of the economic growth of the departments of Cundinamarca, being located in Tocancipá the second largest bottling plant in the continent in charge of Coca Cola. This project is based on solving the loss of fertile soil due to industrialization, with this is intended to solve and return the leading role to agriculture that was going unnoticed its importance due to the population growth of Tocancipá and nearby municipalities; through the territorial analysis that includes the immediate context of the department, region and municipality.
