Desde la edad media las personas se han tenido que ver obligadas a agruparse en áreas demasiado reducidas con el fin de sobrevivir, generado así problemáticas como el hacinamiento y a causa de ésta enfermedades. A partir de esto se pretende hacer un estudio del Centro Urbano Antonio Nariño, con base en el análisis de confort térmico, visual y ambiental; 3 tipos de confort que se mencionan implícitamente en la carta de Atenas, con la finalidad de conocer de qué manera se tuvieron en cuenta cada uno de estos en el conjunto, para identificar que principios de diseño y construcción modernos traen beneficios en la mejora de la habitabilidad.The lack of habitability in urban and architectural spaces has emerged as a problem in most cities due to poor planning, it has not taken into account the population that should be received there in future years.
