2026-08-052026-08-05https://hdl.handle.net/11396/9259The present work is carried out from the analysis of investigations carried out by different authors in the present theme Management of human talent and its incidence in the New Public Management, which aims to improve working conditions in the public sector.  The method that is applied in the present investigation is the descriptive and analytical one, which allows to lead to the conclusions where the importance of the incidence of the management of human talent in the new management is established, with the need to clean up public finances, that is to say, that public interests can no longer be handled as a routine management focused on the application of rules and regulations. The trends of public institutions is to face a world in which production systems are constantly changing, the management of human talent offers added value in a rigorous framework.El presente trabajo se realiza a partir del análisis de investigaciones efectuadas por diferentes autores en la presente temática Gestión del talento humano y su incidencia en la Nueva Gestión Pública, el cual pretende mejorar las condiciones de trabajo en el sector público. El método que se aplica en la presente investigación es el descriptivo y analítico, el cual permite conducir a las conclusiones donde se establece la importancia de la incidencia de la gestión del talento humano en la nueva gestión, con la necesidad para sanear las finanzas públicas, es decir, que los intereses públicos ya no pueden ser manejados como gestión de rutina volcada en la aplicación de normas y reglamentos.  Las tendencias de las instituciones públicas es hacer frente a un mundo en el que los sistemas de producción están en constante cambio, la gestión del talento humano ofrece un valor añadido en un marco riguroso.application/pdfrecursos humanos, eficiencia, administración, gestióninfo:eu-repo/semantics/article
