dc.descriptionLa Medicina Legal es una especialidad de la Medicina que efectúa el estudio teórico-práctico de los conocimientos médicos y biológicos de la personalidad fisiológica y patológica del ser humano siendo necesarios para la administración de justicia que sirven para dilucidar o resolver problemas legales. Existen diferentes tipos de necropsias, las cuales se diferencian, más que por las técnicas utilizadas por el fin que pretenden alcanzar, así pues, tenemos la Necropsia Clínica y la Necropsia Médico-Legal, las cuales a su vez pueden ser Sanitarias, Docentes o Investigativas. Para poner en práctica lo investigado se estudiará el caso de LUCIA PÉREZ SAAVEDRA desde el punto de vista de la necropsia Medico-Legalspa
