dc.descriptionIn the present comparative analysis of a subject that will serve for reflection, between the expense that is made in a person deprived of his liberty in the spaces of social reintegration of the State of Jalisco and what a worker who lives respecting the legally established norms earns. by the State, but emphasizing that he works a working day of at least eight hours and is paid a unit of measure for carrying out this work, that is, what was previously known as the minimum wage, with a comparative methodology of what the institutions legally established report workers and spaces of deprivation of liberty as salary, finding a difference between the salary earned by a worker with an honest way of living and a person who lives from committing crimes, therefore, workers in Mexico earn an insufficient minimum wage to meet their needs and those of their family despite spending most of the day on their chores work and do it honestly, so the other members of the family are forced to get a job in order to cover household expenses.en
dc.descriptionEn el presente artículo se hace un análisis comparativo de un tema que servirá para la reflexión, entre el gasto que se hace en una persona privada de su libertad en los espacios de reinserción social del Estado de Jalisco y lo que gana un trabajador que vive respetando las normas legalmente establecidas por el Estado, pero resaltando que trabaja una jornada laboral de mínimo ocho horas y le pagan por realizar este trabajo una unidad de medida, es decir, lo que se conocía con anterioridad como salario mínimo, con una metodología comparativa de lo que las instituciones legalmente establecidas reportan como salario a los trabajadores y los espacios de privación de la libertad, encontrando una diferencia entre el salario que gana un trabajador con una forma honesta de vivir y una persona que vive de la comisión de delitos, por lo que los trabajadores en México ganan un salario mínimo insuficiente para satisfacer sus necesidades y las de su familia a pesar de que dediquen la mayor parte del día a sus tareas laborales y lo hagan de forma honesta, por lo que, los demás miembros de la familia se ven forzados a conseguir un empleo para poder cubrir los gastos del hogar.es
