| dc.description | The purpose of this article is to provide the academic community of the Corporación Universitaria del Caribe-CECAR and those interested in the subject related to administrative acts and their notification, referring in a first instance of its origins, This leads us to outline what has been said in Colombia about the administrative act from different doctrines and the Council of State, the importance of when an administrative act is notified or not and if this represents a problem of validity or effectiveness, in such effect the daily meanings of the effect of the notifications of administrative acts are expressed in this writing. | dc.description | El objeto de este artículo, es entregar a la comunidad académica de la Corporación Universitaria del Caribe-CECAR y de aquellos interesados en la temática relacionada con los actos administrativo y su notificación, haciendo alusión en una primera instancia de sus orígenes, lo cual nos lleva a esbozar lo que se ha dicho en Colombia a cerca del acto administrativo desde diferentes doctrinantes y el Consejo de Estado, la importancia que reviste cuando un acto administrativo es notificado o no y si ello representa un problema de validez o de eficacia, en tal efecto se expresan en este escrito las acepciones cotidianas del efecto que surten las notificaciones de los actos administrativos.
