| dc.description | The primary objective of this document focuses on the design of a model proposal for the development of training practices for the student community of the Faculty of Health and Sports Sciences through the use of mixed augmented reality tools in the Fundación Universitaria del Area Andina, thus providing alternatives that allow closing the practical theoretical gaps with which the students are culminating their training process. This exercise is carried out within the framework of applied research, with mixed information sources that combine field and documentary research with a triangular approach that has elements of quantitative and qualitative analysis. The exercise is carried out through the application of different instruments that allow recognizing in which part of the administrative process there is an opportunity for improvement. In the same way, the current procedures are analyzed and the impacts they have on the administrative role and the evaluated community are evaluated, in order to receive feedback to strengthen the current model, including innovative activities in the exercise, as are mixed reality tools. | dc.description | El objetivo primario de este documento se centra en el diseño de una propuesta de modelo para el desarrollo de prácticas formativas para la comunidad estudiantil de la Facultad de Ciencias Salud y del Deporte a través del uso de las herramientas de realidad aumentada mixta en la Fundación Universitaria del Área Andina, brindando de esta manera alternativas que permitan cerrar las brechas teórico-prácticas con las cuales los estudiantes están culminando su proceso formativo. Este ejercicio se realiza en el marco de la investigación aplicada, con fuentes de información de carácter mixto que combina la investigación de campo y documental con un enfoque triangular que cuenta con elementos de análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo. El ejercicio se ejecuta mediante la aplicación de diferentes instrumentos que permiten reconocer en que parte del proceso administrativo se cuenta con una oportunidad de mejora. De igual manera, se analizan los procedimientos actuales y se evalúan los impactos que tienen frente al rol administrativo y la comunidad evaluada, con el fin de recibir retroalimentaciones que permitan robustecer el modelo actual, con inclusión de actividades innovadoras en el ejercicio, como lo son las herramientas de realidad mixta. De igual manera se analizan los procedimientos actuales que se llevan a cabo y se evalúan los impactos que tienen desde el rol administrativo y de la comunidad evaluada. El resultado de este ejercicio determina la necesidad latente de migrar estos espacios formativos a escenarios mediados por tecnología, aportando significativamente al desarrollo profesional y generando las competencias necesarias para la inmersión al mundo laboral de los graduados y satisfaciendo las necesidades del mercado. | es |
