dc.descriptionPedro Quiebraollas y Manuel Pocalucha se encontraban manejando en el kilómetro 5 vía Sibate en donde se hallaba un retén con los militares Carlos Alfonso Pineda y Alberto Linares Rojas en donde ellos procedieron a darles aviso de parar su vehículo para realizar una requisa de rutina, pero estos hicieron caso omiso a la señal del retén, los militares salieron a la persecución y finalmente el automóvil se detuvo kilómetros abajo. Los militares les solicitaron bajar del carro y presentar sus identificaciones, el conductor saco un arma de fuego y empezó a disparar en contra de los militares, estos al responder los disparos dieron de baja al conductor y a su acompañante, en el levantamiento se recolectaron cartuchos y dinero mimetizado en una llanta. Los investigadores criminales por medio de la balística buscaran las herramientas que permitan ayudar al esclarecimiento de los hechos donde se ven involucradas armas de fuego, analizar los elementos hallados y así poder dar una información precisa de los proyectiles y armas accionadas en el lugar de los hechos.spa
