| dc.description.abstract | Este libro es resultado de la investigación gestionada al interior del Grupo de Diseño y Gestión del Hábitat Territorial, de la Facultad de Arquitectura de la Universidad la Gran Colombia, desarrollado desde su línea de investigación Hábitat sociocultural. La Línea de Investigación Hábitat Sociocultural se refiere a la indagación del proceso de interrelación de hombre con el medio, a través de los sistemas sociales, económicos y políticos tomando como base la cultura, las ideologías y las mentalidades. Con este propósito, involucra las categorías como Historia y Patrimonio, que se refieren a la indagación de aquellos procesos ambientales, tecnológicos, económicos, históricos, sociales y culturales que conformaron y conforman los hábitos de la sociedad del pasado y del presente, y que se constituyeron en hitos y referentes ineludibles para el estudio de las formas de vida de la sociedad a través de edificios, planes urbanos, técnicas y tecnologías de construcción de escala local, regional, nacional o internacional. Esta investigación exploratoria de enfoque mixto de tipo investigación-creación da cuenta de la gestión realizada por el Ingeniero y Arquitecto Ignacio Martínez Cárdenas durante el ejercicio de su profesión, con la idea de asegurar la inclusión de los desarrollos de las firmas de las que fuera socio fundador en ese período de tiempo y así subsanar un vacío de información respecto al quehacer y el resultado de su ejercicio desconocido en muchos campos. En este orden de ideas y a partir de los objetivos establecidos, se construye una recopilación, registro e inventariado de las actuaciones de manera que se habiliten los siguientes ejes de análisis posibles: la gestión de la obra construida, el contexto en que se dan estas gestiones y la relación de edificaciones de las etapas sucesivas de gestión dadas hasta el fallecimiento del ingeniero. A partir de la revisión documental, de registros fotográficos, planimétricos y fílmicos existentes, de los testimonios de profesionales y familiares que hicieron parte de la concepción de lo arquitectónico, de una parte, y de la vida familiar de Ignacio y la metodología Investigación Creación en el Diseño y las Artes, a través de la tríada creador obra-espectador, de otra parte, además de el campo del fenómeno social, sumado a un punto de vista histórico sobre este fenómeno, deriva en la construcción de conocimiento en diferentes formas que se constituyen en productos de nuevo conocimiento derivados del presente ejercicio de investigación. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This book is the result of research conducted within the Design and Management of Territorial Habitat Group of the Faculty of Architecture of the Universidad la Gran Colombia, developed from its Sociocultural Habitat research line. The Sociocultural Habitat Line of Research refers to the investigation of the process of interrelation of man with the environment, through social, economic and political systems based on culture, ideologies and mentalities. With this purpose, it involves categories such as History and Heritage, which refer to the investigation of those environmental, technological, economic, historical, social and cultural processes that shaped and shape the habits of the society of the past and present, and that became milestones and unavoidable references for the study of the ways of life of society through buildings, urban plans, construction techniques and technologies of local, regional, national or international scale. This exploratory research of a mixed research-creation type approach accounts for the management carried out by the Engineer and Architect Ignacio Martínez Cárdenas during the exercise of his profession, with the idea of ensuring the inclusion of the developments of the firms of which he was a founding partner in that period of time and thus fill an information gap regarding the work and the result of his practice unknown in many fields. In this order of ideas and from the established objectives, a compilation, registry and inventory of the actions is constructed in order to enable the following possible axes of analysis: the management of the constructed work, the context in which these managements take place and the relation of buildings of the successive stages of management up to the death of the engineer.
