| dc.description | En este trabajo se presentan brevemente los avances teóricos producidos en los últimos años respecto de la relación entre prueba y verdad. A tales efectos, se propone recurrir a la llamada concepción racionalista de la prueba para analizar esa relación y, de ese modo, rechazar las posiciones que defienden acercamientos que no pueden dar cuenta de la pretensión de verdad del proceso. | es-ES |

For such purpose it is proposed to appeal to the relating conception of the evidence in order to analyze this relationship and, in this manner to reject postures which defend approaches that may not explain the claim of truth of the process. | en-US |
