'Armenian Citizens' Perceptions of Digital Transportation Platforms': A Legal and Economic Interpretation

| dc.description | The primary objective of this article is to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the current laws that regulate the operation of transportation platforms in Colombia. The analysis will concentrate on identifying points with the potential to exert a substantial influence on the residents of the municipality of Armenia. This will be achieved by considering the imminent arrival of new technologies in the sector and by taking into account factors specific to the region, such as the impact on urban traffic and road safety. The present analysis encompasses a series of pivotal aspects, including job creation, service delivery efficiency, and market effects. The objective of this study is to examine the direct impact of these legal provisions on the perceptions of Armenian residents with regard to employment opportunities and the quality and accessibility of transportation services in the region. | dc.description | El objetivo principal de este artículo es llevar a cabo una evaluación exhaustiva de las leyes actuales que regulan la operación de plataformas de transporte en Colombia. Nos enfocaremos especialmente en analizar aquellos puntos que podrían tener un impacto significativo en los habitantes del municipio de Armenia, considerando la inminente llegada de tecnologías en el sector y teniendo en cuenta los factores propios de nuestra región, como el impacto en el tráfico urbano y la seguridad vial. Este análisis abarca una serie de aspectos clave, incluida la generación de empleo, la eficiencia en la prestación del servicio y los efectos en el mercado. Nos proponemos examinar cómo estas leyes afectan directamente la percepción de los residentes de Armenia, tanto en términos de oportunidades laborales como en la calidad y accesibilidad de los servicios de transporte disponibles en la región, por lo cual se desarrolló una investigación de tipo cuantitativo. | es |
